I have no idea what to do with my arms.
I feel like if I just stand there, the insides of my arms won't get tan.
Should I just use the normal bed?

no.
normal beds are just used basically for the front and back of your body.

in stand-up beds, they have handles you hold on to while tanning.
its like, above your head , and it gets the sides front and back of your body as well.

and you can dance while tanning!

What is a good brand of "self-tanning" lotion? I need one that shows quick results and does not show the smudge and finger lines. Thanks.

I prefer Jergen's Natural Glow! I read somewhere I think Cosmopolitan. They rated it the best self-tanner

I also like Neutrogena Build-a-Tan. But then again, my sister used it and it turned her orange!
Dove works for her..but it turned my skin all blotchy.

So I don't know.. i guess it really just depends on your skin type bc it varies from person to person! But, i would recommend Jergens.

I went spray tanning last week and now my toe nails are orange-y. How do I get rid of that color and make it normal?

Rubbing alcohol should work. Just put some on a cotton ball and swipe it on your nails. You may need to work at it a bit though.
