Do you really need the tanning lotions they try to sell you at the salon?
Posted by Sonni in: buy a tanning salonI’m going to go a tanning salon for the first time today and I’d like to know a little bit about the products and things they will try to sell me so I don’t get suckered into buying anything..I tend to do that lol. O, and what about the goggles? Do I really need those too?
And please don’t tell me not to tan. i’m only going to do it to get a bit of a glow.
ive been tanning for about a year without any tanning lotions,ive tried them but you get the same result with them or without them.so you dont have to buy anything.
But use googles!if youre going for 5 min. then you dont have to but when youre going to go for 10,15 or 20 min then you have to use them cause its really not healthy cause the skin on your eyes is very thin.

you should moisturize after tanning – but i think those are a total rip off…i’ve seen them for 40 buck and up!!! just be firm about saying no thank you–tell them you brought your own.

yess! u need to use undoor tanning lotions.. they stimulate the melanin in your skin that makes u tan.. just go on google and there are a lot of websites that sell them for cheap =] and yess u neeeeed the goggles! UV rays can damage your eyes, im sure u dont want that, so wear the goggles and use tanning lotions each time u tan =]
