Well, Ive had two favorite tanning salons. The first one was nice because in every room there was lotions, hand sanitizers, stickers, and clothes, and even deodarant and body spray..which was really really nice!
The other one I liked was decorated inside like a Tiki hut.it smelled like coconut, and there were grass skirts and coconuts everywhere, and they even sold purses!

I’d not spend a penny until I saw his books (and tax returns) for at least the last 3 years and saw his bookings and walk-in clients to see if there is enough foot traffic. If you can only break even during November and December, why buy in now? Does he mean that you’ll start making a profit in January????? You need to see his financial to see if this is true. then figure upkeep, utilities, rent, salaries and social security, etc. Oh yes, the money you need to live on.
One thing to do is to have a totally spotless salon with privacy for each client and everything checked out to operate just as expected. Then start to introduce good quality products for the skin and hair like a hair salon has.
See how many other salons are in the area and visit them to see their set up. Then, go to the best and check it out.

anyway, and we advertise a lot. our sales people that work with us are constantly advertising the lotion and our specials to the customers. we have month to month memberships and contracts (the contracts make us the most money). so just try having a lot of options
