He said his mother has a disease and needs to sell to take care of her asap and this is one of his small businesses that he has . We are meeting him on saturday , is there any questions I should ask and where can i find a list of questions to ask him online regarding selling of small businesses .. we have seen the place and all the equiptment is brand new and the place has been newly renovated .. any suggestions.

You should not have to accept his financing. I think there is a miscommunication here because requireing you to use himself as the lender would be illegal in most states. I can give you a loan quote if you like and I can give you a letter to take with you that you have secured financing of your own by saturday.
