Sun

I know a dry sauna opens your pores… does a tanning bed do the same thing?

I usually go from the tanning place to the gym and after the gym, I hit the sauna THEN I wash my face & shower. I have a HUGE zit right now and thats why I am wondering… I should prob wash my face immidiatly after the tanning salon too, huh?

I am new to the sauna thing…I heard you should wash your face immidiatly after exiting the sauna or your pores stay wide open and that allows bacteria in.

Tanning beds is the same way like the sun – it can clog up your pores.
