I’m wondering what type of self tanning lotion to use. I know some of them make you look kind of orange…and well that’s just not cute :)

For a tanning bed?
Bronzers CAN turn you orange if the dye is too dark and yuor skin is too pale (the brown dye and your white skin make orange)
A basic accelerator (with no bronzers, no coolants, nothing special) will help yuor body to ahcieve as dark as a tan it can while lying in the bed.
I recommend anything from Supre, Designer Skin or Fiji Blend. If your american they sell alot of California Tan in the states, anything natural will do the trick!!

REmeber, moist skin is needed to absorb the UV light, dry skin deflects it like a mirror and causes your skin to burn and not tan at all.
Shower and exfoliate before hand, then moisturize twice a day to maintain it!

Here is a horrific fact!

Most businesses fail!(even tanning salons!)
Why?

The majority of new entrepeneurs don't really understand the business they jump into. And when they scramble after realizing they've overspent, or underestimated the industry, it's simply too late!

Unfortunately, many new owners simply don't where to find this insider knowledge and won't succeed in today's tanning business environment. Too many hard working entrepeneurs are losing their money, and their dreams, due to a lack of this specific information.

Solerra tanning mitts are awesome! I am fair skinned and had melanoma a few years ago, so don’t go in the sun anymore, the Solerra products are all great. I especially love the new instant bronzing mitt!

I’ve been using the Neutrogena airbrush spray. It’s been awesome. Good coverage and not orangey.

I’ve also heard the L’Oreal air brush spray works well.

Jergens natural glow is fine for gradual build up of color, but the others I mentioned work in a few hours.

VersaSpa has great results! For best results, you want to shave your legs and exfoliate before doing VersaSpa (or any other sunless tanning product). This removes dead skin cells and will allow the product to soak into your skin easier. Don’t forget to apply moisturizer on a regular basis (after each time you shower) to retain moisture and keep your skin tan longer.
