I'm going for a stand up tan tomorrow and I'm kinda scared i know about putting on lotion and protecting my eyes but what else should i know? what should i wear? do i need flip flops? what if i get stuck in there?..please help me out here.. all answerers are greatly appreciated.

You won't get stuck. All you'll need is yourself, your goggles, and lotion. It will BURN you faster than the lay down though, so I recommended 5-7 minutes. I went 10 my first time and BURNT like no other! You won't get stuck, on mine, you walk in, push the green on button, and then close the door [fully] and the lights turn on. If you open the door, they shut off. And, you'll be able to see the big red handle because the lights make it glow. Good luck!! Its not scary at all! I actually prefer it over the lay down.
Oh, another thing, they have handles to hold your arms up, but put sunscreen on your armpits if you don't want them getting burnt! Sure they'll be white but its totally worth the pain!

The statistics don't lie!
