No. you are up against big chains with really nice equipment. the only way you might is buy a francise and in this economy people are going to start use the free sun so they can put gas in their car.

It takes about two years to break even after your inital investment, but then you have to figure how many beds you want and how much per hour you will have to gross on each one to tell how much you will make per bed, using a occupancy rate of about 35% per bed
That will give you your answer ( must figure on overheaed amortized per bed as well…obviously the more beds, the less overhead per bed.
