Thu

I have really nice tans, but they are all cut offs. Like i have a nice dark tan from the knee down and from around the shoulders down. And a little above my chest.
Other than that, my thighs pale, and the areas that didnt get tanned.
My most concern is my face, i want to have a darker tan on my face, and im worried about misusing my sunless tanning lotion.
How much should i put? how many days till the ‘ tan ‘ shows up?
At what point does your skin turn Orange ish?

answer–
-how much i should put
-What point it turns your skin orange
-how many days till the ‘tan’ shows

thank you !

I wouldn’t suggest a lotion. Doesn’t matter what they say on the package, they all end up splotchy or orange…and if you use it on your hands and arms, your hands and wrists will be liighter than the rest of your arm because when you wash your hands (even much later, or the next day) the tanning stuff comes off.

If you REALLY feel you need to get a tan, then go to a tanning salon. They do a pretty good job. But really, i wouldn’t damage my skin just for that! sorry if i wasn’t much help

I would just hit up a tanning salon and and gradually even out the pale spots. It’s not gonna happen over night, but eventually it’ll even the dark and pale spots. Good luck =)

The spray-on stuff turns you orange all the time. Try a cream that you apply every day over a certain amount of time.

    1. Put on as much as you want. The more you apply, the darker your tan will be. Just make sure it’s applied evenly.
    2. Some of the cheap crappy ones turn your skin orange. Just try out different brands until you find one you like.
    3. It will show after a few hours

Sunless lotions can be bad! My friend uses it to be tan like me and she always turns out orange, even with the first use! And if you only put it on one part of your body, it makes it really obvious that your wearing it.
But maybe it’s just that specific brand, either way trust me she’s used a lot of them though and always turns out to look like an orange.
But if your really that desperate, you should try a little of it I guess.

Sunless tanning lotions tend to be streaky … I’d go to the salon if were you and see what they suggest. You may want to do a spray tan. Other than that I’d suggest you use a lotion that contains some tanning lotion and slowly builds to the look you want to acheive.
